Jess Brown

What a beautiful quilt by Jess Brown. I absolutely love it. She has a new collection cming out next year called Jess Brown for Woman and Home, which will be a small collection of dresses and workshirts, and is bound to be lovely. Pictures: Jess Brown.

Blodwen

Blodwen is an endless source of inspiration - I covet pretty much all of it (for example this and these) - but it's the heirlooms section that I love most: amazingly beautiful, very rare vintage Welsh quilts the like of which I can only dream of owning.

Camilla Costello quilts

The quilts and bedspreads at Camilla Costello are the kind you would pay eight times as much for if you bought them at Liberty. She does all her buying in Rajasthan, and will track down specific colours for you. The Jodhpur Cutaway ones are my favourite.

Charlotte Dean

Charlotte Dean's bespoke quilts for newborns are the kind I wish I could make myself. Sort of like Tracey Emins, but for babies, and amazingly good value for the work involved. Proper heirlooms, really. Her knitted cot blankets are really sweet, too. See bigger pictures here and here (I don't know why mine are so small, sorry!)

Jessica Ogden/APC quilts

Long-time collaborators Jessica Ogden and APC's Jean Touitou have produced a really limited range of quilts (in APC shops from 28 October) using up scraps of APC and Madras fabrics from years gone by. Off-cuts of gingham, checks and stripes have been stitched together into seven different designs (with only 30 of each being produced) that would not look out of place in a Colorado log cabin. So up my street.
